What is a fitness assessment?
It consists of: Body fat %, body measurements, hydration level %, visceral fat (the unhealthy fat that collects around the organs), muscle mass (increases metabolism), metabolic age, physique rating, cardiovascular endurance, strength testing, balance evaluation, flexibility range, BMR (basal metabolic rate - the amount of calories your body burns without exercise) and more.
It is very rewarding and motivating to know the changes you are making in your body by working out on a regular basis. Try an assessment and see the difference YOU can make!

One-on-One Personal Training:
I offer training at my studio or your home gym. Prices vary per session according to the number of sessions you sign up for and location.
* A session is 50 minutes. 
WALK/RUN PROGRAM
Want to be a faster, more efficient walker/runner? Interested in accountability? Want to do charity races? (optional) Find it helpful to have a weekly cardiovascular schedule to follow?
COST:
Individual walk/run session with coach: $40 per session
Monthly walk/run schedule to do on your own time: $20 per month
Weekly group walk/run session with coach: $30 month
